What we offer

Now that you have learned more about us and have joined a dream group, take a moment to see some of the things we offer. Cyberdreamwork is more than a concept, it is interactive dreamwork in cyberspace.

                       THE NIGHTMARE RESPONSE LINE

                1-866-DRMS911         (1-866-376-7911)

In October, 2001 IASD (The International Association for the Study of Dreams) joined with www.cyberdreamwork.com to create The Nightmare Hotline for adults and children. In August, 2005 Hurricane Katrina created the greatest natural disaster of our time. In an effort to help people process this and any future events, the re-named Nightmare Response Line continues to be staffed by skilled dreamworkers who are available on phones, 24 hours a day to debrief adults and children on their nightmares.

Nightmares have an enormous impact on all of us. They are ordinary events after traumatic disasters. Nightmares serve to digest the horrific events. Just telling them to someone can have a positive effect on an individual's sense of well being.

This response line, does NOT provide therapy or interpret dreams. However, if desired, a dreamer can be referred to a counselor and access extensive information about nightmares at www.iasdreams.org

                              DREAMING IN FRANCE

An Experiment In Stone Age Dream Incubation

                                  May 20 – 30, 2002

                             France, Dordogne Valley

In May, 2002 Jungian Analyst Robert Bosnak PsyA, JD guided a group of dreamers on a journey and dream work experience that took place in the valley of the beautiful Dordogne, a region known as the Cradle of Pre -History of Europe. Here we explored the archaic themes that emerged from a stone-age dream incubation.

We began our stay in Domme, France with three nights in charming cottages tucked away in the forest followed by three nights in a shelter and the authentic living quarters of Cro-Magnon families.

Mornings, and evenings, were spent in dreamgroups led by Robert Bosnak and Jill Fischer.

In the afternoons we visited pre-historic sites with our local French guide, Bruno.

Seventeen dreamers stayed in the authentic French living quarters our ancestors, Cro-Magnon families, used some 28,000 years ago. With sleeping bags and matresses we stretched out under the stars and Dreamt by the fire, as our ancestors did.

We explored ancient sites, prehistoric art and our dreams.

It was truly an adventure and experience that will dream on forever in our memories.

DREAMING AND HEALTH

                      www.cyberdreamwork.com
                                          and
                                 Cancer Groups

Since 1972, Robert Bosnak has led dream groups based on his own method, called Embodied Dreamwork. Using a variety of body centered techniques, Embodied Dreamwork allows the dreamer, through careful concentration, to "re-enter" the dream ambience and return to a state as close as possible to the dreamstate itself. Working on dreams in this way allows for personal, physical, emotional and archetypal elements to be uncovered.

This kind of dreamwork has been particularly effective in working with individuals with severe physical illness and in contributing to positive therapeutic outcomes.

In an effort to continue this work, cyberdreamwork.com (via Paltalk) is forming dream groups that are devoted to working with individuals with cancer. If you, a family member, a friend or an acquaintance would like to have more information about joining one of these groups, please contact:
Robert Bosnak at rbosnak@mindspring.com
or webmaster@cyberdreamwork.com

Please be assured all information received is entirely
confidential to preserve the anonymity of each participant.
