  Share Your Dreams

Share Your Dreams with us, ask questions, offer your comments, dialogue with us and one of our Cyberdreamwork Coaches will be by daily to respond to your posts.

Here are some brief tips for working with your dreams and using *The Embodied Dreamwork method developed by Robert Bosnak.

We make one request of you. Please tell us, after you have worked on your dream, what happened when you tried our suggestions. This kind of feedback helps us develop ways to best work with you.

1. Find yourself a quiet space or area where you can sit back, relax, and center yourself in your body. It might be helpful to try and find a friend or someone you feel comfortable with to work with you on your dream. That person can ask you the questions our coaches will be suggesting you focus on.
2. Make note of what you are feeling or sensing in your body before working on your dreams. This will help you know that any new sensations or emotions that emerge during the work are most likely a response to the images.
3. Now, imagine yourself back in your dream. Recall the sequence of images in the present tense, as if you are dreaming the dream again. Just let yourself sink back into the dream environment.
4. Then, with the help of our coaches, focus on the questions and images they have suggested might be important.

Cyberdreamwork Groups: Physical Illness and Cancer Groups

Since 1972, Robert Bosnak has led dream groups based on his own method, called Embodied Dream Imagery. Using a variety of body centered techniques, Embodied Dream Imagery allows the dreamer, through careful concentration, to "re-enter" the dream ambience and return to a state as close as possible to the dreamstate itself. Working on dreams in this way allows for personal, physical, emotional and archetypal elements to be uncovered.

This kind of dreamwork has been particularly effective in working with individuals with severe physical illness and in contributing to positive therapeutic outcomes.

In an effort to continue this work, cyberdreamwork.com (via Paltalk) is forming dream groups that are devoted to working with individuals with cancer.

If you, a family member, a friend or an acquaintance would like to have more information or join one of these groups...... Register your name on this board - just click on "register" in the upper right hand corner and enter your identifying information. [Please note that all identifying information and e-mail addresses are kept confidential.] Then return to click on and enter the above forum - Cyberdreamwork Groups: Phyiscal Illness and Cancer Groups.

Once you enter, click on "Post New Topic" and type in your request. Please post only your first name, time zone you are located in, and the days and times you are available to participate in a group.
Our Group Coordinator will then e-mail you with further instructions.
