Hi Prince of Dark,I'm not a Paltalk employee, only a user of the software so my experience witk problems is limited. All I can say in reference to your problem is that when you sign on to Paltalk a module comes up with a little drop down list where your password is located.
You need to select the existing Paltalk user account from the dropdown list. If '***' appears in the password field, then you can proceed by pressing 'Sign On'. Otherwise, type in the password first, then hit 'Sign On'.
How did you hear about Paltalk? Do you have a friend that also uses it? If so he or she may be able to go into the support room and ask for some suggestions to help you further. You may need to remove Paltalk from you computer and start over with a new password if any of your files are corrupted.
When installing Paltalk you need to disable any virus programs you have running on your
computer.
Hope some of this answers your questions.
