Technical Requirements
VIDEO, VIDEO, VIDEO!
Thanks to Paltalk you can actually see
Cyberdreamers in addition to speaking with them.
That's right, Free Video Conferencing!
On August 10, 2001 Paltalk launched
their new MULTIVIDEO. Now you can
enjoy the same superior sound quality chat combined
with the ability to see any number of other
group members simultaneously.
If you don't have a Webcam, you can still
see Cyberdreamers if they have a video camera.
Video Test Directions
To test if your video is working, select
the FILE menu above your contact list. Select
Setup/Preferences/Webcam. Select
the camera or device that you wish to use from this
window. After you have selected the proper device, a
larger window will appear and you should see a "self view"
on the window. You can make adjustments to your picture.
Most people will not have to make any adjustments or
changes to the default settings. If your computer freezes or
locks-up, be SURE that your color depth is set to RGB.
